No, we don’t have a store, we are an online retailer only. However we are often at shows and events throughout the year so sign up to receive email newsletters or follow us on social media to be in the know.

We begin processing your order once complete very quickly, which means we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order and we will make every effort to retrieve your order from our process and dispatch queue. However this is not guaranteed. You can of course return your order once your receive it.

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate. Please provide your order number and details of what is wrong with the items you have received. You will need to return the incorrect item to us and we will immediately dispatch a replacement.
